Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Ordyn+ is designed for parents and legal guardians managing co-parenting responsibilities. By using the App you confirm you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You may not share your account with anyone outside your family group.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe, in our sole discretion, are being used for fraudulent or harmful purposes.

Ordyn+ is offered on a subscription basis. After a 30-day free trial, a recurring monthly fee of $7.99 USD (or local equivalent) is charged to your App Store or Google Play account.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period
• You may cancel at any time through your device's subscription management settings
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods except as required by applicable law
• Pricing may change with 30 days' notice; continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its infrastructure
• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Use the App to harass, stalk, or harm other users
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use automated means to access or scrape the App

When you invite another parent to your family group, that person gains access to family data you have entered, including children's names, dates of birth, schedules, tasks, and health information. You are responsible for ensuring that the people you invite are authorised to access this information.

Ordyn+ does not mediate disputes between co-parents. The App is a coordination tool only, and we are not liable for decisions made based on information entered into the App.

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and icons — are owned by Ordyn+ and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Ordyn+ is not a medical, legal, or therapeutic service. Information about medications and health records entered into the App should always be verified with qualified healthcare professionals.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ordyn+ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Privacy & Security → Delete My Account. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
