How do I invite my co-parent?

Go to Settings β†’ Family β†’ Add Member and share the invite link or code with your co-parent.

Can I use Ordyn+ on multiple devices?

Yes. Scan the QR code in Settings β†’ Privacy & Security β†’ Add Device to link a second device (tablet, desktop browser).

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your device's subscription settings β€” App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) β€” and cancel from there. You keep access until the end of the billing period.

I forgot my phone number / changed phones β€” what do I do?

Sign in on your new device with your phone number. Enter the email verification code sent to your address on file. Your account transfers automatically.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings β†’ Privacy & Security β†’ Danger Zone β†’ Delete My Account. This permanently removes all your data within 30 days.

My notifications stopped working β€” what should I check?

Make sure push notifications are enabled for Ordyn+ in your device settings, and that your notification preferences in Settings β†’ Notifications are turned on.
